When the automatic cycle is finished and your ice-cream is ready in expert mode, the machine automatically switches to storage mode for 2 hours.
When storage mode is active, the indicator light blinks slowly. This function means that your preparation can be kept at the right temperature and consistency. It allows ingredients to be added (chocolate chips, ground nuts, etc.) 5 minutes before serving your ice-cream.
Wait for the end of an automatic churning cycle for best results.
Pausing the storage cycle:
You can stop the blade and freezer unit momentarily at any time to check the consistency of your ice-cream or take out a few scoops.
To do so, press the button corresponding to that cycle for at least 1 second. When the appliance is on pause, the indicator light blinks quickly. To end the pause and start the cycle up again, press the button corresponding to that cycle for at least 1 second. Without any further action from you, the machine will automatically switch off after 4 minutes.
