Step 1: To whisk egg whites in the Magimix food processor, make sure your bowl is clean and dry.
Step 2: Ensure that the whisk is fitted together correctly and that the metal shaft is protruding slightly from the top. Place the whisk into the large food processor bowl.
Step 3: Remove the smaller pusher from the lid to let in the air.
Step 4: Whisk the egg whites for 5 to 8 minutes (depending on the quantity) until they form stiff peaks.
For fluffier egg whites, make sure your eggs are at room temperature.
