Step 3
Decide which bowl to use: Check the list below to help. You can use the main bowl on its own, or add another bowl.
MAIN BOWL:
Recommended for first time use.
For use with all compatible accessories, and for processing large amounts of produce:
- Attach the main blade (or other accessory) to the spindle in the centre of the main bowl.
- Gently rotate the blade (or another accessory) until it falls into place.
- The following accessories can be used in place of the main blade: Whisk / dough blade / main blade / juice attachment / Dice and French Fry Kit / Spiral Expert etc. *
- Move to step 4.
*Always read the booklet accompanying any add-on accessory before use.

For Processing Small amounts of Produce:

- Gently rotate the bowl until it falls into place.
- Attach the small blade to the spindle in the centre of the mini bowl.

- (This bowl has been specifically designed for chopping small amounts of onion and herbs, making small amounts of dip, salad dressings and / or mayonnaise)
- Move to step 4.
Step 4
Attaching the Lid: With the feed tube of the lid at the front (closest to you) place the lid onto the main bowl with the feed tube slightly to the left of centre. Gently rotate the lid so the feed tube sits directly above the ‘auto’ button. The lid should click into place.
Step 5
Pusher: Insert the pusher into the feed tube of the lid. If the pusher does not fall below the ‘max’ line written on the feed tube, the food processor will not start. Ensure the pusher is inserted AFTER the lid is attached to the bowl.
Buttons
STOP
Press this button to switch the food processor off.
AUTO
Click this button to start your food processor. Note: The motor adjusts its power output to ensure a continuous 1500 RPM. This means you can expect 1500 RPM whether making a soup of a liquid consistency, or processing bread dough.
PULSE
Press this button for intermittent processing and more control. The food processor will automatically turn itself off when you release the button. To achieve a smoother consistency when blending soups or purées, start off using PULSE, then switch to AUTO.
