To avoid the Magimix food processor overheating while processing meat ensure you only process the meat for 20 seconds, or until the meat is chopped but not hashed, to avoid the motor overload.
If you hash the meat you will find it will rise up the shaft of the large bowl. This is not a fault, the machine is not designed to hash meat.
